RealNOI Launches Blockchain Platform that Manages 9 Trillion IDR Worth of Rental Income!

Jakarta, Pintu News – RealNOI, an innovative company in the property sector, recently launched a blockchain-based platform that allows rental income to be reprogrammed into tradable tokens.

According to Connor Gallic, RealNOI’s Chief Blockchain Officer, the platform solves a huge market imbalance.

Using blockchain, rental income that was previously difficult to trade can now be exchanged using tokenization, allowing for more liquidity in the property market.

Chintai and its Role in Property Tokenization

Chintai, a platform authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), is a tokenization provider that plays an important role in this rental income tokenization process.

Chintai creates RentStream tokens associated with rental income and distributes the income through smart contracts automatically. While RealNOI selects and manages the properties, Chintai ensures that any tokenization process complies with existing regulations.

This model is expected to be applied more widely across other industry sectors. As revealed by a Chintai spokesperson, they are optimistic that the success of RealNOI will trigger the implementation of similar models in various other industries, providing more opportunities for the cryptocurrency sector to transform various traditional markets.

Chintai’s Expansion into the US Market

Chintai recently announced its expansion into the US market and has made great strides towards global financial transformation.

David Packham, CEO and co-founder of Chintai, revealed that they aim to secure a securities license and introduce more tokenized transactions focused on the US market.

In January 2025, Chintai revealed that it plans to launch more than $1 billion in transactions focused on the US market.
