Jakarta, Pintu News – Tech giant Google Cloud has officially joined as a validator of the Injective network INJ->Current INJ PriceRp 0Market Cap-Trading Volume-Circulating Supply-, a Layer-1 blockchain focused on the DeFi sector and cross-chain interoperability.
This move was officially announced on March 26, 2025 and is a strong signal that the world’s largest technology infrastructure company is starting to seriously strengthen its presence in the Web3 world.
As a validator, Google Cloud will help secure the Injective network, validate transactions, and support ecosystem-wide decentralization.
They also join the ranks of other major validators such as Deutsche Telekom MMS, demonstrating Injective’s position as one of the blockchain protocols that is now gaining direct institutional support.
This collaboration is not just about node validation. Injective is now part of an exclusive blockchain group that receives specialized Web3 services from Google Cloud.

Injective developers can build and test dApps directly from suites hosted by Google Cloud, complete with access to the Google Cloud Web3 Portal, Web3 Faucet, and integrated development tutorials.
One of the flagship features of this collaboration is the integration of Injective blockchain data into the BigQuery service, now known as Injective Nexus.
Through Nexus, developers and institutions can access real-time data from the Injective network, opening up opportunities to build decentralized finance DEFI->Current DEFI PriceRp 0Market Cap-Trading Volume-Circulating Supply- applications, machine learning models, and algorithmic trading strategies with precise data insights.
With Google Cloud on board, Injective strengthens its position as an institution-friendly blockchain.
Injective Labs CEO, Eric Chen, calls this collaboration a “big step towards expanding blockchain adoption to the institutional level.” According to him, Injective’s infrastructure is well suited for institutional onboarding, and Google Cloud is the ideal partner to realize that vision.
Google Cloud also emphasized its commitment to expanding a secure and reliable Web3 ecosystem.
Rishi Ramchandani, Head of Web3 GTM at Google Cloud Asia Pacific, said that they will continue to push the availability of enterprise-grade infrastructure to support Layer-1 networks like Injective to grow in a more decentralized and efficient manner.
“Google Cloud is committed to providing the resources necessary to make web3 thrive. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with layer one networks like Injective, to provide enterprise-ready web3 infrastructure and developer-friendly tools to improve the reliability and decentralization of the ecosystem,” said Rishi Ramchandani.
Not stopping there, Injective and Google Cloud also organized an AI Agent Hackathon, in collaboration with ElizaOS and DoraHacks.
Through this event, developers are invited to build artificial intelligence-based financial applications using Injective’s iAgent framework. Applications that can be developed include trading bots, AI launchpads, and AI-based autonomous organizations.
Google Cloud has also previously been a validator for other major networks such as Solana SOL->Current SOL PriceRp 0Market Cap-Trading Volume-Circulating Supply-, Polygon POL->Current POL PriceRp 0Market Cap-Trading Volume-Circulating Supply-, ZetaChain (ZETA), Flare, and Celo CELO->Current CELO PriceRp 0Market Cap-Trading Volume-Circulating Supply-. The support of Injective expands their scope in supporting Web3 and confirms a long-term commitment to be the bridge between the Web2 and Web3 worlds.
Overall, the inclusion of Google Cloud as an Injective validator is an important milestone in the integration of big tech into the blockchain ecosystem. With the support of advanced infrastructure, this collaboration opens up new opportunities for developers and institutions to build scalable, secure, and data-oriented Web3 applications.
