Hi Pintu Futures Traders. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman trading pengguna, tim Pintu Futures akan melakukan maintenance sistem. Terkait hal ini, berikut beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan:

Jadwal Maintenance

• Hari/Tanggal: Senin, 29 September 2025
• Waktu: 06:00 WIB – 07:30 WIB

Selama maintenance berlangsung:

• Semua open order di Pintu Futures (termasuk TP/SL) akan dibatalkan secara otomatis. Kamu perlu membuat order baru setelah maintenance selesai.
• Posisi kamu akan tetap terbuka, tetapi tidak dapat ditutup sampai maintenance selesai.
• Deposit dan withdrawal Futures akan dinonaktifkan sementara waktu. Saldo pengguna tidak akan terpengaruh dan tetap aman selama proses maintenance berlangsung.

Untuk meminimalisir risiko akibat volatilitas pasar, kurangi penggunaan margin atau sesuaikan posisi kamu sebelum maintenance.

Maintenance Schedule

• Date: Monday, September 29, 2025
• Time: 06:00 AM – 07:30 AM (WIB)

During the maintenance period:

• All open orders on Pintu Futures (including TP/SL) will be automatically canceled. You will need to place new orders once the maintenance is completed.
• Your positions will remain open, but they cannot be closed until the maintenance is finished.
• Futures deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily disabled. User balances will not be affected and will remain safe throughout the process.

To minimize risks from market volatility, reduce your margin usage or adjust your positions before the maintenance.
