Why don’t I get the VA number of the bank from which I want to make deposit?

Virtual Account numbers usually don’t show up because verification process hasn’t been completed, or because there’s a problem generating the Virtual Account.

If your account has been verified, but the Virtual Account number still doesn’t show up, please contact our Customer Support team and provide these information:

  • The email registered to your Pintu account
  • The bank you use for deposit
