Why doesn’t my Rupiah balance increase after making a deposit?

Delay in receiving Rupiah balance after making a deposit can be caused by several factors, such as problem with the bank, e-wallet, or Pintu.

If your Rupiah balance doesn’t increase after a while when the deposit has been confirmed successful, please contact our Customer Support by providing these information:

  • The email address registered to Pintu
  • The payment method (Bank transfer/e-wallet)
  • Proof of deposit transaction

Notes:

For deposits using bank transfer, please also provide:

  • Bank name
  • Virtual Account Number
