The withdrawal process to your bank account cannot be done directly through Pintu Pro Web. You can do so by transferring your balance from your Pintu Pro wallet to the main Pintu wallet before you can make a bank withdrawal.
After you have successfully transferred the balance to your Pintu wallet, then you can withdraw the Rupiah balance to a bank account. See the complete instructions here.
