The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp50.000, with maximum limits as follows:

The Rupiah withdrawal process from Pintu to your bank account usually takes around 15 minutes.
For withdrawals over Rp250.000.000, it is recommended to split the amount into multiple transactions to speed up the process.
If the withdrawal is made during the bank’s downtime, the funds will be processed once the bank’s system is back to normal. Here are the downtime schedules for each bank:
