LayerAI (formerly CryptoGPT) is a layer-2 blockchain on Ethereum that focuses on building a data economy by monetizing user data for AI models. LayerAI does this through two apps, LayerVPN and LayerAI. Users have to download and use these two apps and then purchase a data capsule NFT. After owning a data capsule and using LayerVPN, users are rewarded with DATUM tokens for using the app.
