Tenet is a blockchain network specifically built to foster the LSDfi (Liquid Staking Derivatives Finance) ecosystem. Using Diversified Proof-of-Stake technology, Tenet allows users to restake LSD tokens such as stETH into Tenet to earn additional interest. Tenet is connected to liquid staking tokens on various networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, and BNB Chain. In addition, Tenet also has an LSDC stablecoin backed by a basket of LSD tokens. As such, the interest on loans using LSDC will be very low as LSDC is a yield-bearing asset.
The TENET token is a protocol governance token that will influence the interest of the various LSD liquidity pools. TENET can be locked into veTENET, giving users a share of Tenet's revenue and the right to choose incentives in the Tenet ecosystem. The TENET token functions similarly to the incentive model used by CRV and FXS.
