MOODENG: Taking Profit is Important

On the 1-day chart, the previously bearish price structure turned bullish on Saturday. This shift occurred when the price managed to break the previous lower high at $0.0958.

As of December 6, the price is testing the swing high from November at $0.1093 as a resistance area. However, the A/D (Accumulation/Distribution) indicator, which is a more in-depth volume analysis tool, actually saw a decline despite a surge in buying activity in the spot market.

The previous day’s closing price was well below the daily high, indicating that large market participants (smart money) took advantage of this quick spike to take profits and push the price back down. This reflects demand exhaustion and creates a bearish divergence.

On the 1-hour chart, the A/D indicator also fell briefly before turning back up. However, this movement is not enough to give us confidence in the continuation of the bullish trend, although the DMI indicator still shows a strong uptrend.

The imbalanced zone around $0.095 (marked with a white box) is an attractive demand zone. If the price of Moodeng [MOODENG] drops back to this support zone, there is a possibility of a bounce back to the upside. The target of the bounce could be towards the liquidity area in the $0.116-$0.12 range.

MOODENG Bullish Scenario

Despite the current bullish market structure, investing in Moodeng is still seen as a risky move for bulls. The high Funding Rate does provide an advantage for long positions, but not all traders are skilled in utilizing such funding-based strategies.
