How much is the fee charged for Deposit transactions?

Deposit fees at Pintu may vary depending on the method and policies of the third party used, including banks or e-wallet providers.

1. Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)

Pintu does not charge for deposits via bank transfer. However, some banks may impose additional admin fees at their discretion.

Example:

• Mandiri: Admin fee of Rp2,500 per transaction to Mandiri Virtual Account.

Other banks such as BCA, BRI, and Permata may also potentially charge fees, depending on the bank’s internal policies.

2. Deposit via E-Wallet

Fees are determined by each e-wallet provider and charged to users:

• GoPay: 2%
• OVO: 1.65%
• FUNDS: 1,65%
• ShopeePay: 1,5%
