Why don’t I see the token I bought in my wallet?

If you do not see your tokens in your wallet, please follow these steps to add them as a custom token.

1. On the Web3 page, click ‘Manage tokens’ at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click ‘Add token’ on the top right of the screen.
3. Select the blockchain network, then paste the token contract address.
4. Click ‘Check’.
5. Recheck the token name, symbol, and decimal.
6. Click ‘Save’.
7. The token is now listed under your token account.

To see the token’s contract address, visit the token’s official website or a crypto data aggregator such as Coingecko or Coinmarketcap. The token’s contract address is in alphanumeric form. For example, the contract address of the HOLO (HOT) token is 0x6c6ee5e31d828de241282b9606c8e98ea48526e2.
