The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp50.000, with maximum limits as follows:

The withdrawal limit on weekends and national holidays is Rp2.000.000.000 per day for all banks.
If you exceed the limit, you can still make withdrawals, but it will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Collective leave or public holidays may also affect bank’s operating hours.
The Rupiah withdrawal process from Pintu to your bank account usually takes around 15 minutes.
For withdrawals over Rp250.000.000, it is recommended to split the amount into multiple transactions to speed up the process.
If the withdrawal is made during the bank’s downtime, the funds will be processed once the bank’s system is back to normal. Here are the downtime schedules for each bank:
