Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman trading pengguna, tim Pintu Pro akan melakukan maintenance. Terkait dengan hal ini, berikut beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan:

• Maintenance akan dilakukan pada hari Kamis, 26 Februari 2026, pukul 06:00 WIB – 09:15 WIB.

Selama maintenance berlangsung,

• Semua open order di Pintu Pro Spot akan dibatalkan secara otomatis dan kamu harus membuat open order baru setelah maintenance selesai.
• Transfer/send/receive di Pintu Pro Spot dan Pintu Pro Futures tidak akan tersedia selama maintenance berlangsung.
• Trade di Pintu Pro Futures masih bisa dilakukan.
• Bagi pengguna yang sudah memiliki akses ke Pintu Pro Futures, open positions dan open orders akan tetap terbuka.
• On-chain deposit ke Pintu Pro akan dialihkan ke Pintu, sehingga deposit akan masuk ke saldo Pintu.
• Proses maintenance juga berlaku untuk website Pintu Pro.
• Saldo pengguna tidak akan terpengaruh dan tetap aman selama proses maintenance berlangsung.

• Maintenance will take place on Thursday, 26 February 2026, 06:00 WIB – 09:15 WIB.

During the maintenance period,

• All open orders in Pintu Pro Spot will be automatically canceled, thus you need to create new orders once the maintenance is complete.
• Transfers/send/receive in Pintu Pro Spot will not be available during the maintenance.
• Users still can trade on Pintu Pro Futures.
• For users with access to Pintu Pro Futures, open positions and open orders will remain open.
• On-chain deposits to Pintu Pro will be redirected to Pintu, meaning that deposits will be credited to your Pintu balance.
• The maintenance will also affect the Pintu Pro website.
• User balances will not be affected and will remain secure throughout the maintenance process.
