Auto Invest Failure Scenarios: Insufficient Balance & Asset Maintenance Issues

Auto Invest (Recurring Buy) runs automatically on your schedule. This guide explains what happens if a purchase fails due to insufficient balance or an asset under maintenance.

1. Insufficient Balance When the Schedule Is Due

If your balance is insufficient when the purchase is due, the Auto Invest transaction will fail and won’t be processed. Your balance won’t be deducted.

Simply top up your balance, and the next transaction will continue as scheduled.

However, if a purchase fails 3 times in a row due to insufficient balance, the system will automatically deactivate that Auto Invest schedule.

2. Insufficient Balance for the Entire Allocation (Multiple Asset Invest)

For Multiple Asset Invest, if your IDR balance is insufficient when the schedule runs, the entire transaction will fail — not just part of it. Make sure your balance is sufficient before the purchase is due.

3. Asset Under Maintenance

Your Auto Invest purchase won’t be executed while an asset is under maintenance. In this case, your balance won’t be deducted.
