Auto Invest (Recurring Buy) runs automatically on your schedule. This guide explains what happens if a purchase fails due to insufficient balance or an asset under maintenance.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Insufficient Balance When the Schedule Is Due</h3>



If your balance is insufficient when the purchase is due, the Auto Invest transaction will fail and won&#8217;t be processed. Your balance won&#8217;t be deducted.



Simply top up your balance, and the next transaction will continue as scheduled.



However, if a purchase fails 3 times in a row due to insufficient balance, the system will automatically deactivate that Auto Invest schedule.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Insufficient Balance for the Entire Allocation (Multiple Asset Invest)</h3>



For Multiple Asset Invest, if your IDR balance is insufficient when the schedule runs, the entire transaction will fail — not just part of it. Make sure your balance is sufficient before the purchase is due.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. Asset Under Maintenance</h3>



Your Auto Invest purchase won&#8217;t be executed while an asset is under maintenance. In this case, your balance won&#8217;t be deducted.

Auto Invest Failure Scenarios: Insufficient Balance & Asset Maintenance Issues

If your balance is sufficient but one or more assets are unavailable for purchase, your recurring DCA schedule will still be partially executed. Only the available assets will be processed.

If one of the assets in my Multiple Asset DCA schedule is unavailable for purchase, will the recurring purchase still be executed partially or fail entirely?

Yes, you will receive a notification when the transaction is successful or if it fails.

Will I receive notifications for Multiple Asset Auto DCA transactions?

Yes, you can edit the schedule, including changing the assets and their allocation percentages. You can also stop the schedule at any time.

Can I change the assets or their allocation percentages after creating the schedule?

The minimum amount is IDR 11,000 per asset. For example, if you select 5 assets, the minimum required amount is IDR 55,000.

What is the minimum total amount required for a Multiple Asset Auto DCA schedule?

Currently, you can schedule up to a total of 50 assets for DCA, whether as single assets or multiple assets.

What is the maximum number of assets I can add to a single schedule?

Multiple Asset Auto DCA is a feature that allows you to make recurring purchases of more than one crypto asset at the same time within a single savings schedule.

What is Multiple Asset Auto DCA?

Yes, you will receive a notification each time a transaction is successfully processed or if it fails due to insufficient balance.

Will I receive notifications for Auto DCA transactions?

The funds are taken from your IDR wallet balance in the Pintu app. Make sure your balance is sufficient before the scheduled purchase.

Yes, you can modify or stop your Auto DCA schedule at any time directly from the Pintu app.

Can I stop Auto DCA at any time?

Yes, you can select the purchase frequency: hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, as well as set the start time and choose the asset you want to buy.

Can I choose my own schedule?

The minimum recurring purchase is Rp11,000 per scheduled transaction (including gas fees and transaction fees).

What is the minimum purchase for Auto DCA?
