Can I delete my account?
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your balance in Pintu Retail, Pintu Web3, and Pintu Pro is zero, or any remaining assets will be forfeited upon account deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reactivated (you cannot register an account with the same ID).
- Open the Pintu app, go to your Account page, and click “Delete Account“
- Fill in the deleting reason field, check all the agreements, and click “Continue“
- Take a selfie by holding the identification card used during account verification (ensure the ID card is visible and does not cover your face).
- Review the account deletion data that appears on the confirmation page
- If everything is correct, click “Delete Account“
Note:
- After finish the account deletion step above, you will be automatically logged out of your Pintu account. Pintu Customer Services will receive your account deletion request via email.
- The deletion process will be communicated through email by Pintu CS, with an estimated completion time of 1 calendar day.
