Why am I not receiving the OTP code on WhatsApp or SMS?

If you do not receive the OTP code, please do the following steps:

  1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct.
  2. Wait a few moments for the OTP code to be sent to the mobile number you registered.
  3. Tap Resend OTP if you do not receive the OTP code.

If you have followed the steps above and have yet to receive the OTP code, please choose another channel (WhatsApp or SMS) to send the code. You can also contact Pintu’s support team via Live Chat or email [email protected].
