• You can create an account by clicking the &#8220;<a href="https://pintu.co.id/pro/id/register">Register</a>&#8221; button on the <a href="https://pintu.co.id/pro/en/trade/BTC_IDR">Pintu Pro Web</a> homepage. • After that, scan the QR code and follow the process.



Please note that creating an account and KYC for Pintu Pro Web can only be done through the Pintu app.

How do I register or create an account on Pintu Pro Web?

Yes, you must first complete the KYC process before you can begin trading on Pintu Pro app or web. The KYC process can only be done via the Pintu app.

Is account verification (KYC) required to trade on Pintu Pro Web?

Make sure you enter the PIN that is created and used for the Pintu Apps

Why is my login PIN always incorrect?

If the email verification link doesn&#8217;t work, tap resend email and try again.

Why is the verification link in the verification email not working?

If you do not receive a verification email, please follow these steps:

<li>Make sure the email you entered is correct.</li>



<li>Wait a few moments and reload until the verification email arrives.</li>



<li>Check your spam folder, as your email provider may have marked the verification email as &#8220;spam.&#8221;</li>



<li>Tap Resend Email if you don&#8217;t receive the verification email.</li>
</ol>

Why am I not receiving the verification email?

You can register an account by clicking the Login button. In addition, you can also register on the Home page or Account page.

How to register for Pintu Pro?

The KYC process at Pintu uses different IDs, depending on the citizen, namely:

<li>For Indonesian citizens (WNI) must use KTP. Using a passport, driver&#8217;s license or other identity cards is not allowed.</li>



<li>For foreigners must use a passport along with KITAS / KITAP or your origin ID Card</li>
</ul>

I keep failing to do KYC, can KYC be done with the help of customer support?

To complete KYC, in addition to a clear selfie and ID card, make sure the data submitted is the same as the data on the ID card.

I feel like I took a clear photo during KYC, but KYC keeps requesting a retake of the photo.
