How to Recover My Account If I Lost My Device/App?

If your device is lost or your Pintu app is deleted, you can log into your account using a new device or download the app again.

If you want to log into your Pintu account using the number you lost with your device, you can contact your service provider to get a new SIM card with the same number. If not, you can change the phone number linked to your Pintu account by contacting our Customer Support.
