I feel like I took a clear photo during KYC, but KYC keeps requesting a retake of the photo.

To complete KYC, in addition to a clear selfie and ID card, make sure the data submitted is the same as the data on the ID card.

If the photo is clear and the data is correct but still fails, please get in touch with the Pintu support team via Live Chat or email help@pintu.co.id.
