Sending/Receiving Crypto Assets at Pintu Pro

How to receive funds on-chain at Pintu Pro

1. Go to the Wallet menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Receive.
2. Select the crypto asset you want to receive into your wallet.
3. Select the network you want to use to receive the crypto asset.
4. Get your username or wallet address. To receive from other Pintu users, use your Pintu account username. To receive via blockchain, use the wallet address matching the network Pintu provides (make sure the sender uses the same network).
5. Tap Share or Copy to send your username/wallet address to the sender.

Notes:

• For receiving assets via the BEP-2 network specifically, make sure the sender includes the MEMO shown on the Receive page as an additional identifier.
• Make sure the sender enters the wallet address matching what’s shown on your Receive page — entering the wrong wallet address can permanently lose the asset.

How do I send crypto assets on Pintu Pro?

1. Open the Pintu Pro home page, then go to the Wallet page.
2. There are 2 ways to send a crypto asset:
   • Tap the Send button on the Wallet page, then select the asset you want to send. Or,
   • Tap directly on the crypto asset you want to send, then press Send.
3. Enter the recipient’s username or wallet address in the Send To field:
   • For other Pintu users, just enter the recipient’s Pintu account username.
   • For blockchain, enter the destination wallet address.
4. Select the appropriate network and enter the amount of crypto to send. Make sure the selected network is correct, so the asset isn’t lost.
5. Review the transaction details before proceeding — crypto transactions are final and can’t be canceled. If everything’s correct, tap Continue, then tap Confirm.

You’ll get a notification once the transfer is successfully processed.
