What would happen if I don’t input the unique code when making a transfer?

If you make a transfer without inputting the unique code, your funds will still be sent to Pintu. However, your deposit will not be automatically processed and need max. 5 business days until the funds is received in your Pintu wallet. You’ll need to contact Pintu Customer Support through email (help@pintu.co.id) or Live Chat on Pintu app, and provide the proof of transfer.

Please note that transferring the wrong amount of funds may cause the funds to be processed for other people’s transaction.
