If you do not receive an OTP code via Telegram when verifying your mobile number or logging into the Pintu app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct and your Telegram account is not set private.
2. Wait a few moments for the OTP code to be sent to the registered mobile number.
3. If you still have not received the OTP code, add @pintutech to your Telegram contacts. Then, tap Resend OTP on Pintu app.
If after these steps you still have not received an OTP code, please choose another channel option (WhatsApp or SMS) to send the code or contact our support team.
