How long does it take for the Rupiah balance to increase after making a deposit?

Normally, Rupiah balance will instantly added to your Pintu account after you make a deposit.

If after some time the Rupiah balance isn’t added to your account, and the deposit transaction has been stated successful, please contact our Customer Support team and provide these information: –

  • The email registered to your Pintu account –
  • The deposit method you use –
  • Proof of transfer transaction (bank transfer or e-wallet)

Notes:

For deposits using bank transfer method, please include the destination bank along with the Virtual Account number.
