Informasi Layanan Pintu Web3

Setelah diluncurkan setahun lalu, Pintu Web3 telah memungkinkan pengguna untuk menjelajahi dunia Web3 dan berbagai decentralized application langsung dari aplikasi Pintu. Namun, setelah melalui pertimbangan yang matang, kami memutuskan untuk menghentikan layanan Pintu Web3. Keputusan ini diambil agar kami dapat lebih fokus memberikan layanan terbaik pada produk-produk lainnya.

Berikut adalah informasi penting yang perlu diperhatikan:

1. Pembuatan Web3 Wallet baru melalui Pintu tidak dapat dilakukan lagi mulai 22 September 2025, pukul 11.00 WIB.
2. Pintu Web3 Wallet tidak dapat digunakan mulai 30 November 2025, pukul 23.59 WIB .
3. Agar Teman Pintu tidak kehilangan aset crypto yang dimiliki di Pintu Web3, segera pindahkan aset tersebut ke wallet Pintu untuk aset-aset yang didukung sebelum 30 November 2025.
4. Jika aset crypto yang dimiliki tidak didukung oleh wallet Pintu:
   a. Kamu dapat melakukan swap ke aset crypto yang didukung oleh wallet Pintu, atau
   b. Kamu dapat mengirimkan aset tersebut ke wallet lain sebelum 30 November 2025.
5. Jika Teman Pintu memiliki aset NFT, segera kirimkan ke wallet lain sebelum 30 November 2025.
6. Pastikan untuk tidak mengirim aset crypto ke Pintu Web3.
7. Bagi Teman Pintu yang telah menghubungkan Pintu Web3 ke layanan DeFi (staking, liquidity pool, dan sebagainya), segera tarik aset tersebut sebelum 30 November 2025.
8. Layanan Pintu lainnya, seperti Pintu, Pintu Pro, dan Pintu Futures, tetap berjalan normal seperti biasa.

After launching a year ago, Pintu Web3 has enabled users to explore the Web3 ecosystem and various decentralized applications directly from the Pintu app. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the Pintu Web3 service. This decision was made so that we can focus on providing the best experience across our other products.

Here are some important details to note:

1. Creating a new Web3 Wallet through Pintu will no longer be available starting September 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM WIB.
2. The Pintu Web3 Wallet will no longer be usable starting November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM WIB.
3. To ensure you don’t lose any crypto assets stored in Pintu Web3, please transfer them to your Pintu Wallet (for supported assets) before November 30, 2025.
4. If you hold crypto assets that the Pintu Wallet does not support: a. You may swap them into assets supported by the Pintu Wallet, or b. You may send them to another wallet before November 30, 2025.
5. If you own NFTs, make sure to transfer them to another wallet before November 30, 2025.
6. Please do not send any crypto assets to Pintu Web3.
7. If you have connected Pintu Web3 to any DeFi services (such as staking, liquidity pools, etc.), please withdraw your assets before November 30, 2025.
8. Other Pintu services, such as Pintu, Pintu Pro, and Pintu Futures, will continue to operate as usual.
