Why do I get an error message when confirming the withdrawal of my Rupiah balance and can’t make a withdrawal?

Error messages that appear when withdrawing Rupiah can be caused by network problems, using an unsupported version of the application, or problems with our system.

If you’ve made sure there are no network problems, have updated you Pintu app to the latest version, but still receive an error message, please contact our Customer Support and provide these information:

  • The email registered to Pintu
  • A screenshot of the error message
