Why can’t my bank account be verified as a withdrawal destination?

The bank account that you register can’t be verified because it doesn’t meet the requirements for withdrawing Rupiah balance on Pintu (llink) or because other reasons.

If the account you register meets the requirements or the reason for the rejection is unclear, please contact our Customer Support and provide these information:

  • The email registered on Pintu
  • The registered bank name
  • The registered bank account number
