How to Deposit Rupiah on Pintu: Methods & Steps

You can deposit Rupiah into Pintu via bank transfer or e-wallet. Here’s the complete guide.

1. Available Deposit Methods

Bank Transfer:

  • Inter-bank transfer (Antar Bank)
  • Bank Central Asia (BCA)
  • Mandiri
  • BRI
  • NOBU

E-Wallet:

  • QRIS
  • GoPay
  • LinkAja
  • ShopeePay
  • OVO
  • DANA

Note: Available methods may change at any time. Check the latest options on the Deposit page in the Pintu app.

2. How to Deposit in the Pintu App

  1. On the Home page, tap the Deposit button at the top. Or go to Wallet → tap the Rupiah wallet → tap Deposit.
  2. Choose your preferred deposit method.
  3. Transfer funds to your Pintu Virtual Account (VA) number per the instructions on the deposit method page.
  4. Pintu will send a notification once the funds have arrived in your Rupiah balance.

Note: For BCA deposits, your account holder name must match the name used during KYC.

3. How to Deposit in Pintu Pro

  1. Open the Pintu app, tap the Pro menu, then tap Deposit.
  2. Choose your preferred deposit method (bank or e-wallet).

4. Methods Not Available

  • Credit card — not yet available as a deposit method on Pintu.
  • Cash deposit via bank teller — not accepted per Bappebti Regulation No. 8 of 2021, Article 31, Paragraph 7.
  • Someone else’s account — not permitted. You can only deposit from a personal account with the same name as your Pintu account.
