You can deposit Rupiah into Pintu via bank transfer or e-wallet. Here’s the complete guide.
1. Available Deposit Methods
Bank Transfer:
- Inter-bank transfer (Antar Bank)
- Bank Central Asia (BCA)
- Mandiri
- BRI
- NOBU
E-Wallet:
- QRIS
- GoPay
- LinkAja
- ShopeePay
- OVO
- DANA
Note: Available methods may change at any time. Check the latest options on the Deposit page in the Pintu app.
2. How to Deposit in the Pintu App
- On the Home page, tap the Deposit button at the top. Or go to Wallet → tap the Rupiah wallet → tap Deposit.
- Choose your preferred deposit method.
- Transfer funds to your Pintu Virtual Account (VA) number per the instructions on the deposit method page.
- Pintu will send a notification once the funds have arrived in your Rupiah balance.
Note: For BCA deposits, your account holder name must match the name used during KYC.
3. How to Deposit in Pintu Pro
- Open the Pintu app, tap the Pro menu, then tap Deposit.
- Choose your preferred deposit method (bank or e-wallet).
4. Methods Not Available
- Credit card — not yet available as a deposit method on Pintu.
- Cash deposit via bank teller — not accepted per Bappebti Regulation No. 8 of 2021, Article 31, Paragraph 7.
- Someone else’s account — not permitted. You can only deposit from a personal account with the same name as your Pintu account.
