You can deposit Rupiah into Pintu via bank transfer or e-wallet. Here&#8217;s the complete guide.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="how">2. How to Deposit in the Pintu App</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>On the Home page, tap the Deposit button at the top. Or go to Wallet → tap the Rupiah wallet → tap Deposit.</li>



<li>Choose your preferred deposit method.</li>



<li>Transfer funds to your Pintu Virtual Account (VA) number per the instructions on the deposit method page.</li>



<li>Pintu will send a notification once the funds have arrived in your Rupiah balance.</li>
</ol>



Note: For BCA deposits, your account holder name must match the name used during KYC.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="pro">3. How to Deposit in Pintu Pro</h3>

<li>Open the Pintu app, tap the Pro menu, then tap Deposit.</li>



<li>Choose your preferred deposit method (bank or e-wallet).</li>
</ol>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="not">4. Methods Not Available</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Credit card — not yet available as a deposit method on Pintu.</li>



<li>Cash deposit via bank teller — not accepted per Bappebti Regulation No. 8 of 2021, Article 31, Paragraph 7.</li>



<li>Someone else&#8217;s account — not permitted. You can only deposit from a personal account with the same name as your Pintu account.</li>

What if there is a typo in the name on my bank account or the name on my KYC at Pintu?

If there’s an issue with your transfer, Pintu will need max. 5 business days to resolve the problem.
