<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="howtowithdraw">How do I withdraw Rupiah balance to my bank account?</h3>



<p>Before withdrawing, make sure your bank account is verified. Check the account verification FAQ for details.</p>



<p>Once verified, follow these steps:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Tap <strong>Withdraw</strong> on the Home page, or via <strong>Wallet → Rupiah Wallet → Withdraw</strong>.</li>



<li>Select your verified destination bank account.</li>



<li>Enter the Rupiah amount you want to withdraw.</li>



<li>Review the details, then tap <strong>Withdraw Now</strong> to confirm.</li>
</ol>



<p>You&#8217;ll get a notification once the funds are sent to your bank account.</p>



<p>Withdrawals are generally instant, except for a few destination banks.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="withdrawalfee">How much is the Rupiah withdrawal fee?</h3>



<p>Pintu charges a flat fee of Rp4.500 per withdrawal transaction.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="withdrawallimit">What&#8217;s the Rupiah withdrawal limit?</h3>



<p>The maximum withdrawal limit depends on the destination bank:</p>

<p>The minimum withdrawal is Rp50.000. Exceeding the limit will get the withdrawal rejected.</p>



<p>This limit applies as a daily limit. If you make more than one transaction a day, they&#8217;re all added toward your daily limit.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="increaselimit">How do I increase my withdrawal limit?</h3>



<p>The standard limit is up to Rp500.000.000 per day (Basic KYC). Advanced KYC accounts get a higher limit.</p>



<p>To request a limit increase:</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="processingtime">How long does the Rupiah withdrawal process take?</h3>



<p>Withdrawals usually take around 15 minutes, outside bank downtime hours.</p>



<p>Each bank has a different downtime window, generally between 23:00–05:00 WIB. During downtime, you can still withdraw, but funds process once the bank&#8217;s system is back online.</p>

<p>For withdrawals above Rp250.000.000, processing may take 1–2 business days. Splitting into multiple transactions can speed this up.</p>

<p>For now, Pintu only supports withdrawals to bank accounts registered in Indonesia.</p>

<p>Rupiah withdrawals are instant, but bank-side issues or system disruptions can sometimes occur.</p>

<p>Delayed withdrawals can be caused by transaction queues, bank system issues, or Pintu system disruptions.</p>



<p>If funds haven&#8217;t arrived after 1 business day, contact Customer Support with your registered email, transaction ID, and destination bank name and account number.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="confirmationerror">Why did I get an error message when confirming a withdrawal?</h3>



<p>Error messages can be caused by network issues, an outdated app version, or system disruptions.</p>



<p>Make sure your connection is stable and the Pintu app is updated. If the error persists, contact Customer Support with your registered email and a screenshot of the error.</p>


Rupiah Withdrawals at Pintu: How-To, Limits, Fees, & Troubleshooting

<p><strong>Bank transfer (Virtual Account):</strong> Free from Pintu. Some banks charge an admin fee — for example, Mandiri charges Rp2.500 per transaction. BCA, BRI, and Permata may also charge fees based on their own policies.</p>

<li>Choose your preferred deposit method.</li>



<li>Transfer funds to your Pintu Virtual Account (VA) number per the instructions on the deposit method page.</li>



<li>Pintu will send a notification once the funds have arrived in your Rupiah balance.</li>
</ol>



<p><strong>Note:</strong> For BCA deposits, your account holder name must match the name used during KYC.</p>

<li><strong>Credit card</strong> — not yet available as a deposit method on Pintu.</li>



<li><strong>Cash deposit via bank teller</strong> — is not accepted, in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 27 of 2024 concerning the Implementation of Digital Financial Asset Trading Including Crypto Assets, as amended by Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 23 of 2025.</li>



<li><strong>Someone else&#8217;s account</strong> — not permitted. You can only deposit from a personal account with the same name as your Pintu account.</li>

How to Deposit Rupiah on Pintu: Methods & Steps


<p>Before withdrawing Rupiah, you need to register and verify your destination bank account. This guide covers why verification is needed, the requirements, how to register, processing time, and solutions if it fails.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Why Must a Bank Account Be Verified?</h3>



<p>We verify bank accounts to make sure the withdrawal destination account truly belongs to you. This verification is also done to comply with applicable regulations.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Bank Account Requirements</h3>



<p>An account eligible as a Rupiah withdrawal destination must meet these requirements:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A personal conventional bank account (not a virtual account).</li>



<li>The account has been active within the last 3 months.</li>



<li>Not an e-Wallet virtual account number.</li>



<li>The account holder&#8217;s name matches the name on your Pintu account.</li>



<li>The holder&#8217;s name is written without punctuation such as periods, dashes, or commas. Example: &#8220;Sri A&#8217;in&#8221; is written as &#8220;Sri Ain&#8221;.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. How to Register a Bank Account</h3>



<p>You can register an account through the <strong>Withdraw</strong> menu:</p>

<li>On the Rupiah Withdrawal page, tap the <strong>Add Bank Account</strong> button at the bottom.</li>



<li>Fill in the form with your withdrawal destination details, then save.</li>



<li>We&#8217;ll send a notification once the account is verified and ready to use.</li>
</ol>



<p>Besides the withdrawal menu, your list of destination accounts can also be accessed from the Account menu.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. How Long Does Verification Take?</h3>



<p>Bank account verification usually takes less than 10 minutes. However, queues can sometimes make the process longer.</p>



<p>If your account isn&#8217;t verified after more than 1×24 hours, contact our Customer Support and include:</p>

<li>The registered bank name</li>



<li>The registered account number</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Solutions If Your Account Is Rejected or Fails Verification</h3>



<p>The most common cause is a <strong>mismatch between the account holder&#8217;s name</strong> and the name on your Pintu account. If they differ, the account is automatically rejected. Another cause is the account not meeting the requirements in section 2.</p>
