Why haven’t I received the withdrawn funds, while the transaction status on the Pintu app is stated successful?

Delays in Rupiah withdrawals may be caused by queueing transactions, problems with the bank system, or problems with Pintu’s system.

If you don’t receive Rupiah in your bank account in more than 1 business day, please contact our Customer Support and help us provide these information:

  • The email you registered to Pintu
  • Rupiah withdrawal Transaction ID
  • The name of the bank and the account number of the destination bank
