How do I become a Pintu VIP Private member?

Pintu VIP Private is invitation-only — meeting the criteria doesn’t automatically make you a member.

If you meet at least one of the following criteria, you’ll be considered for an invitation (reviewed quarterly):

1. Spot Trading Volume of Rp8 billion/quarter
2. Futures Trading Volume of $3 million/quarter
3. Average balance of Rp10 billion/quarter
4. PTU Staking level 8

You can also apply for a fast-track via Status Match from another exchange.

What is Status Match and how do I apply?

Status Match is a fast-track path to Pintu VIP Private, for those with high trading volume on other platforms, or who are already a higher-tier VIP member on another exchange.

How to apply:

1. Go to pintu.co.id/vip, then select the “Jump to VIP Private” tab. Or, via the Pintu app on the VIP Private → My Eligibility → Apply Now page.
2. Fill out the form: full name, email, phone number, and monthly trading volume.
3. Upload proof of your trading volume (maximum 10 MB).
4. Our team will review your application and send a notification once the review process is complete.

How long does VIP Private status from Status Match last?

VIP Private status obtained via Status Match lasts for 1 quarter.

For the following quarter, you’ll be considered for maintaining VIP Private status if you meet at least one of these criteria:

• Spot Trading Volume of Rp8 billion/quarter
• Futures Trading Volume of $3 million/quarter
• Average balance of Rp10 billion/quarter
