No. You only need to meet one of the available criteria to get VIP status.
VIP status is granted automatically at 09:00 WIB at the start of each month, based on your activity data from the previous month.
(Example: your activity progress in December 2025 determines your VIP status and benefits in January 2026.)
If you meet one of the applicable criteria, VIP status is granted automatically for the following month at no extra cost. No manual registration needed — just make sure you meet the criteria during the end-of-month evaluation period.

For transactions on Pintu Pro Spot, Pintu VIP members’ trading fees are Maker 0.10% and Taker 0.15%.
For Pintu VIP Private members, Pintu Pro Spot trading fees are Maker 0.08% and Taker 0.13%.
Note that Pintu VIP Private is invitation-only — users who meet the criteria will be considered for an invitation.

Weekly Market Insight is scheduled to be sent every Wednesday via email. In certain situations like holidays, delivery resumes the following Wednesday.
On the VIP Program page in the app, you can see a progress bar showing your achievement against each VIP criterion: average balance, Spot trading volume, Futures trading volume, and PTU Staking level.
This progress updates daily, not in real time. The last update time is shown in the app so you know when your latest trading activity was counted.
You can check your VIP membership status via the Pintu app:
For Pintu VIP: maintain at least one VIP criterion (average balance of Rp1 Billion, Spot Trading Volume of Rp1 Billion, Futures Trading Volume of USDT 250,000, or PTU Staking Level 6). Progress is calculated monthly, and status applies for the following month.
For Pintu VIP Private: since it’s invitation-only, members who meet at least one VIP Private criterion each quarter (Spot Trading Volume of Rp8 Billion/quarter, Futures Trading Volume of $3 Million/quarter, average balance of Rp10 Billion/quarter, or PTU Staking level 8) will be considered for maintaining their status in the following quarter.
If you no longer meet the criteria in the following period, your VIP status will end automatically and your account will return to Regular status.
You can still regain VIP status in a subsequent period if you meet one of the applicable criteria again.
Yes, Pintu can change the VIP program’s requirements or benefits at any time.
