What is the Take Profit feature?

What is the Stop Loss feature?

The Stop Loss feature lets you set a price level at which your position closes automatically to limit potential loss.

Can I adjust Take Profit and Stop Loss levels after placing an order?

Yes, you can modify Take Profit and Stop Loss levels on an open position by opening the position details and resetting the values.

How do I set Take Profit and Stop Loss?

You can set TP and SL when placing an order, or by modifying an already-open position. Just enter your desired price level in the relevant field.

Can I use Take Profit and Stop Loss on the same position?
Yes, you can use both at the same time to manage your profit target and stop loss simultaneously.

Do TP/SL orders always execute exactly at the set price?
Under normal market conditions, orders usually execute close to the set price. During high volatility, there may be some slippage.

Why hasn’t my Stop Loss order executed?
This may happen if the market hasn’t reached the set price level, or during extreme volatility causing slippage.

Is there a fee to set TP/SL?
No additional fee. You only pay the standard trading fee when the order executes.

What is the Share PnL feature at Pintu Futures?

Share PnL lets you share the unrealized profit or loss from your open position directly to various channels. Alternatively, you can download your Share PnL file as an image to your device.

Where can I find the Share PnL button?
Look for the share button in the top-right corner of each open position.

Can I share PnL from a closed position?
No. You can only share PnL from an open position.

Is this available for Pintu Spot Trading or Pintu Pro Spot Trading?
Currently, Share PnL is only available on Pintu Futures.

What is Swap & Transfer at Pintu Futures?

Swap & Transfer lets you convert IDRT to USDT and send it directly to your Futures margin wallet — in one step. You no longer need to manually buy USDT on the Spot market and transfer it separately to your Futures wallet.

Is there a fee?
Yes, but only the standard trading fee that applies when buying USDT with IDR. There’s no additional fee for the transfer process.

How do I use it?

  1. Open the Transfer menu on the Futures page.
  2. Select the source wallet: Pintu or Pintu Pro, then select Pintu Futures as the destination.
  3. If you have an IDR balance, select IDR as the asset, then tap Swap & Transfer.
  4. Enter the IDR amount to convert — the system will show the estimated USDT you’ll receive and the current exchange rate.
  5. Tap Swap & Transfer again to proceed.
  6. Review the transaction details, then tap Confirm.
  7. USDT will be credited directly to your Futures wallet.
