Since your Google Authenticator settings are connected to your Pintu account and shared across Pintu App and Pintu Pro Web, you will only need to enable Google Authenticator once. If you have never enabled Google Authenticator before, here are the steps to do so: 1. Go to the Account &amp; Settings page and choose &ldquo;Activate Google Authenticator.&rdquo; 2. A window with a barcode will appear. Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code or enter the displayed code. 3. Complete the setup process on Google Authenticator. 4. Enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator and click &ldquo;Activate Google Authenticator.&rdquo; 5. Done! Your Pintu account is now protected by Google Authenticator across the app and web.

How do I enable Google Authenticator on Pintu Pro Web?

Please note that the default currency setting on Pintu Pro Web cannot be changed. Currently, Pintu Pro Web only supports Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

How do I change the currency settings on Pintu Pro Web?

Yes, your Pintu Pro App and Pintu Pro Web accounts are linked. You can use the same username and password as your login credentials to enjoy the experience on both your mobile app and desktop.

Are my Pintu Pro App and Pintu Pro Web accounts linked to each other?

If you already have a Pintu account: 1. Go to <a href="https://pintu.co.id/pro/markets">https://pintu.co.id/pro/markets</a> and click the &ldquo;Log In&rdquo; button in the menu bar on top right. 2. Enter your Pintu email address and password, then click &ldquo;Log In&rdquo;. 3. Enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number or the code displayed by Google Authenticator if you use a MFA. 4. That&rsquo;s it! You can now use Pintu Pro Web. If you do not have a Pintu account: 1. Download the Pintu app from Google Play Store or App Store on your mobile device. You can also scan the QR code available on <a href="https://pintu.co.id/pro">Pintu website</a>. 2. Open your Pintu app, then complete the registration and KYC process. 3. You should be receiving an email upon successful verification. Now you can log in using the same method as above.

No new account is required if you are already an existing Pintu user.
