<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What is Depth?</h3>



<p>Market depth is a real-time measure of limit order volume, showing an exchange&#8217;s ability to execute large orders without significantly affecting the price.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Why hasn&#8217;t my limit order been executed? (Pintu Pro)</h3>



<p>Unlike a Market Order, a Limit Order on Pintu Pro may not fill immediately because:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Your set price is too high/low, and no matching order is available.</li>



<li>Other users&#8217; orders were placed before yours, so your order is still in queue (not yet executed).</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What is a Stop Order?</h3>



<p>A Stop Order is an order type that&#8217;s only sent to the order book once the market price hits a level you&#8217;ve set (called the Stop Price).</p>

<li>Set your <strong>Stop Price</strong> — this is the trigger price. You can reference either Last Price or Mark Price.</li>



<li>Choose between <strong>Market</strong> or <strong>Limit</strong> as the execution type. If Limit, enter your desired price.</li>



<li>Your order activates automatically once the Stop Price is hit.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="newtoken">What happens to my balance if the token&#8217;s dev team issues a new token?</h3>



<p>Your balance in that token will be converted 1:1 to the new token.</p>



<p>During this process, your balance is temporarily moved to a holder account for conversion, then redistributed back to your wallet. You&#8217;ll receive a Balance Adjustment notification throughout the process.</p>



<p>The amount you receive is guaranteed to match your last balance at the time of the snapshot — so there&#8217;s no need to worry.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="tokendelisting">What happens to my balance if a token I hold gets delisted from Pintu?</h3>



<p>If you still hold a token that&#8217;s been delisted, the Pintu team recommends sending that token out via an available network as soon as possible.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="GTC">1. Good Till Canceled (GTC)</h3>



<p>GTC is a limit order execution type that stays active until the order is filled or you cancel it. It&#8217;s ideal if you want your order to wait in the order book with no time limit.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="IOC">2. Immediate or Cancel (IOC)</h3>



<p>IOC is a mechanism to buy or sell your entire order as quickly as possible at the best available price. Any unfilled portion of the order is automatically canceled. So, IOC allows partial fills.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="FOK">3. Fill or Kill (FOK)</h3>



<p>FOK is an instruction to buy or sell an asset that must be executed in full and immediately, or not at all. Unlike IOC, FOK does not allow partial fills.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="PO">4. Post-Only</h3>



<p>Post-Only is a limit order type that adds liquidity to the order book. This order won&#8217;t be executed immediately if its price matches an existing ask/bid. This method is ideal if you want to ensure your order enters as a maker.</p>
