What’s the difference between Pintu Pro and Pintu?

With Pintu Pro, you get extra benefits and features not available in regular Pintu. Pintu Pro has deep liquidity, low trading fees, and fast order execution.

Feature-wise, Pintu Pro has more advanced order executions, an order book, advanced charts, portfolio management charts, and more. All packed into a user-friendly interface.

With Pintu Pro, your trading activity can improve, making it easier to apply various trading strategies or technical analysis.

What features are available on Pintu Pro?

Pintu Pro is available via the Pintu app and web desktop, bringing a new trading experience with these trading tools:

• Various Order Types — use advanced order types like Post Only, Good-Till-Canceled (GTC), Immediate-or-Cancel (IOC), and Fill-or-Kill (FOK).
• Detailed Price Charts — analyze price movements and make strategic decisions with comprehensive charting tools.
• Portfolio Management — optimize your portfolio by tracking its movement via asset value charts.
• All-in-One Dashboard Display (Web version only) — access Pro Wallet history, asset allocation, trading summary, market, and latest news via a comprehensive dashboard.

Do I need to create a new account for Pintu Pro?

No. A new account isn’t needed if you’re already a Pintu user.

Pintu Pro is a feature available within the Pintu app. You can access Pintu Pro via the switcher button in the top-left corner of the main page.

You can register an account by clicking the Login or Register button on the Home page or Account page.

How do I open Pintu Pro in the Pintu app?

There are 2 ways to access Pintu Pro:

1. On the Home page, click the Pintu toggle arrow in the top-left corner, then select the Pintu Pro option.
2. On the Account page, click the banner to access Pintu Pro.

How do I go back to the Pintu app from Pintu Pro?

There are 2 ways to go back to Pintu:

1. On the Home page, click the Pintu toggle arrow in the top-left corner, then select the Pintu option.
2. On the Account page, click the banner to access Pintu.

Is Pintu Pro safe and regulated like Pintu?

Yes, Pintu Pro is regulated just like Pintu. Pintu Pro has the same level of security as Pintu.

Pintu will notify you if anything undesirable happens to Pintu Pro, so you can withdraw your balance to a bank or external wallet. Pintu also fulfills its obligations to users under applicable government regulations, referring to Pintu’s applicable Terms & Conditions.

Is there a fee discount when trading large amounts?

Currently, Pintu Pro doesn’t offer a fee discount for large transactions.

Do I need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication again on Pintu Pro?

No need. Pintu and Pintu Pro are connected — if you’ve already enabled Multi-Factor Authentication on Pintu, you don’t need to enable it again on Pintu Pro.

It’s still recommended to enable Multi-Factor Authentication to keep your Pintu account secure.
