Why can’t I receive crypto assets from fellow Pintu users?

This might happen because you haven’t activated the wallet of the asset you want to receive.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Activate the wallet of the asset by tapping the Receive button which you can access from the homepage, or the wallet page of each asset.

2. You can also report this case to our Customer Support team by attaching your friend’s Transaction ID and the email address registered to your Pintu account.
