How long will it take for the funds I withdraw to enter the destination account?

The estimated processing time for Rupiah withdrawal from Pintu app to your bank account is 1×24 hours.

However, the withdrawal processing time is also affected by the bank’s operating hours. Each bank in Indonesia has different downtime hours, usually between 23:00 – 05:00 WIB.

During downtime, you can still make withdrawals, but the funds will be processed after the bank’s system returns to normal.

  • Email registered on Pintu
  • The withdrawal transaction ID
  • Name of the bank and bank account number for the withdrawal destination
