Hyperliquid Price Prediction: HYPE Skyrockets to All-Time High – Is $45 the Next Stop?

This increase was driven by strong on-chain activity. In last week’s report, the Hyperliquid team revealed that 24-hour daily open interest and transaction fees also recorded record highs, signaling a significant increase in market participation.

While Hyperliquid’s price surge has been impressive, the rapid nature of its rise raises questions about the sustainability of this trend.

Hyperliquid Sets a New Record High

According to CCN (26/5), the HYPE token reversed its downtrend on April 7 and has since continued to show strong upward momentum.

Initially, the price moved in a descending parallel channel pattern, where HYPE continued to be held back and failed to break the previous high due to repeated rejections.

However, the situation changed on May 21 when HYPE managed to break out of the pattern and closed above the $27.50 resistance level, paving the way to a new price record.

After the breakout, the price rally became very sharp. HYPE jumped more than 50% in just under a week, and today set a new record high of $39.39.

Technical indicators still support this upward trend.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) are still showing an uptrend.

Although both have entered the overbought zone, there is no sign of bearish divergence, which usually signals a potential price reversal.

Overall, the daily chart still shows bullish sentiment, although it is starting to indicate that market conditions are starting to heat up.

Hyperliquid Price Prediction: Will the HYPE Rally Continue?

Price wave analysis (wave count) shows a pattern that is in line with the recent price movement, indicating that while the rally may not be over, it seems to have entered its final phase.

Based on this analysis, HYPE completed an A-B-C corrective structure (marked in red) on April 7, which was then followed by the beginning of five bullish impulsive waves (marked in green).

If this pattern remains valid, then HYPE is currently in the fifth wave – the last wave of the current bullish cycle – which is an extension wave and has pushed the price to new highs.

In an extended fifth wave pattern, the rise can often equal the combined length of the first and third waves.

With this projection, the next price target is in the range of $44.65.

If momentum continues to increase, a more aggressive scenario could take HYPE up to the 1.61 Fibonacci level, which is around $56.70.

Although short-term upside potential still exists, wave analysis suggests that this rally may be approaching saturation point. Once the current wave is completed, a corrective phase will likely follow.
