California Company KULR, Prepares Up to $300 Million to Buy Bitcoin!

Jakarta, Pintu News – California-based energy management company KULR is preparing to raise up to $300 million through an at-the-market (ATM) sale of its common stock. The sale will be facilitated by Cantor Fitzgerald.

The funds raised are planned to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and the purchase of additional Bitcoin (BTC). Since the end of 2024, KULR has made Bitcoin (BTC) the main reserve asset of its treasury, following in the footsteps of companies such as Strategy (MSTR).

To support its Bitcoin (BTC) accumulation efforts, KULR has leased 5,500 S-19 Bitcoin (BTC) mining units through two deals totaling more than $4 million. In the three months ended March 31, KULR managed to add a total of 449.45 Bitcoin (BTC) and an additional 244.36 Bitcoin (BTC) since then.
