BSC Meme Season Fades as PumpFun Surges Ahead of Four Meme with $8 Million in Inflows

After a few weeks dominated by meme projects on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), traders now seem to be returning to PumpFun (PUMP) on the Solana network. In a recent post on platform X, SolanaFloor revealed that over $8 million in net funds have moved from BSC to Solana over the past week.

This move has been one of the most significant capital reversals since the meme coin trend exploded in early September.

Based on analysis from Dune, in the last 24 hours alone, 15,474 new Pump tokens have been created, far surpassing the 6,423 Four Meme tokens. This figure shows that investors and developers are now paying more attention to the Solana ecosystem.

Despite this shift, revenue from both ecosystems remains competitive. PumpFun generated around $1.04 million from platform fees, while Four Memes still held a slight lead with $1.18 million in revenue. This indicates that user engagement on both networks remains strong, despite the changing market sentiment.

Growth of Meme Coin on BNB

According to Coingape’s report, the meme season on BSC lasted from late September to early October. Binance co-founder CZ had praised the growth of BNB-based meme projects that quickly dominated decentralized exchanges on the BNB network.

On October 7, the daily trading volume on BNB Chain reached $6.05 billion-one of the highest so far in 2025.

However, enthusiasm for meme tokens on BSC began to fade as their value declined. This decline prompted Four Meme and BNB Chain to launch a $45 million airdrop plan. They collaborated with PancakeSwap (CAKE), Binance Wallet, and Trust Wallet on the initiative.

More than 160,000 users who suffered losses due to the recent crypto market crash are slated to receive compensation through this program.

Smart Money Bets on PUMP Token Resurgence

Meanwhile, crypto experts are starting to show optimism towards the resurgence of the PUMP token. Crypto expert 0xBossman predicts that the token could experience a “massive comeback this week.”

This sentiment is reinforced by data from Nansen showing that “smart money” wallets have increased their holdings of PUMP tokens by 17%.

Despite Four Memes’ dominance during the BSC Meme Season, the Solana-based platform remains ahead in terms of meme token creation. Currently, PumpFun accounts for more than 95% of all meme tokens launched on the Solana network. Meanwhile, competitors like LetsBonkFun have seen a significant drop in activity.

In comparison, Four Meme has only launched around 589,000 tokens throughout its existence, while PumpFun has launched over 13 million tokens. This figure confirms PumpFun’s dominance in the meme coin industry.
