Shiba Inu Finally Breaks Bearish Structure: Signal of Price Revival?

In fact, the price of Shiba Inu has corrected quite deeply over the past few months following the broad market trend. Since peaking at $0.00003343 in December 2024, the price has fallen 81.4% to its lowest point in years.

However, the recent price action signals that a potential reversal is on the horizon.

Shiba Inu Penetrates the Market Structure

SwallowAcademy analysts recently identified amarket structure break on the 4-hour chart of SHIB/USDT on TradingView. For those unfamiliar, this occurs when the price moves against the main trend – in this context, beyond the last lower high.

Previously, Shiba Inu was stuck in adowntrend with a classic lower-high and lower-low pattern. In early February, SHIB touched a new low at $0.00000507, then briefly bounced to a lower high at $0.00000648 on February 7.

However, an interesting anomaly occurred. Instead of forming a new low after consolidation, SHIB moved up and broke the existing market structure. On February 14, the price broke above the previous lower high ($0.00000648) and reached $0.00000725.

Shiba Inu Structure Retest

Following themarket structure break, analysts note that the Shiba Inu is nowretesting. The chart shows that the price dropped back to the breakout zone and is consolidating in that area-a phase referred to as the long accumulation or retest phase.

If this retest is successful, the market momentum shift will be confirmed and trigger a new bullish price movement. Analysts have determinedentry points and four upside targets for SHIB if this phase is completed.

Based on the chart, the entry point is in the range of $0.00000662. From that level, the price targets set are $0.0000079, $0.0000081, $0.0000083, and $0.0000085. When calculated from the current market price ($0.00000621), these targets represent a potential rally of 27% to 36.8%.

Important Notes and Risks

It should be noted that this rally is entirely dependent on the Shiba Inu’s ability to hold above the breakout zone. If this level fails to hold, then the market structure’s breakout is considered invalid, which means that the price simply forms a new lower high before resuming the downtrend(bearish).

Currently, SHIB is observed trading below this zone, and a prolonged trend in this area suggests a risk of afailed retest. The price reaction in the next few candlesticks will determine whether this recovery pattern is valid or not.
