Can I make a deposit or withdrawal from/to other people’s bank account?

Deposit transactions:

• Institutional/corporate accounts can make deposits from accounts belonging to other people, but still have to undergo the institutional/company verification process. For more information, please follow the instructions from our OTC team during the onboarding process.
• For security reasons, we recommend that deposits using personal account are better not made from other people’s accounts.

Withdrawal transactions:

• Transactions using institutional/company accounts can only be made to the registered institution/company account.
• Transactions using a personal account can only be made to the bank accounts belonging to the user.
