A Stop Order is a type of order that is only sent to the order book once the market price reaches a specific level you&rsquo;ve set in advance (called the Stop Price).



This feature can be used to:

<li>You set a Stop Price &rarr; this is your trigger price.</li>



<li>When the market price reaches that Stop Price, your order will activate and be sent to the order book.</li>



<li>You can choose whether the order will be sent as:

<li>A Market Order &rarr; executed immediately at the best available price</li>



<li>A Limit Order &rarr; sent with a specific price that you define</li>
</ul>

<li>Last Price: based on the most recent market transaction</li>

<li>Go to the Futures trading page on the Pintu app under Pintu Pro</li>



<li>Select the token you want to trade</li>



<li>Tap on the &ldquo;Stop&rdquo; tab under order types and enter your desired Stop Price. You can also choose whether to use Last Price or Mark Price as the trigger</li>



<li>Choose either Market or Limit, and input your desired price if using Limit</li>



<li>Enter the position size you want to open</li>



<li>Select the position direction (Long or Short)</li>



<li>Confirm your order</li>

Done! Your order will automatically activate when the conditions are met.

What Is a Stop Order?

Currently, KYC for Pintu Futures is now available on the Web. You need to complete the verification process either through the Pintu app or via Pintu Pro Web before accessing futures trading. We will continue to update users if there are any changes regarding KYC for Futures on the Web.

Can I complete KYC for Pintu Futures on the web?

If you have already verified your account (KYC) on the Pintu app, you do not need to verify it again.

Yes, you can complete KYC on either Pintu&rsquo;s mobile app or directly on the Pintu Pro Web platform. Both methods will sync your verification status.

Can I verify my account (KYC) on the mobile app instead of the web?

Yes, Pintu Pro Web is regulated like Pintu Pro as part of Pintu. 



Pintu Pro Web also has the same level of security as Pintu Pro and Pintu. Pintu will notify users if something unexpected happens to their Pintu Pro Wallet, so you can withdraw your balance to a bank account or external wallet. 



Pintu also complies with its obligations to users under government regulations, with reference to the applicable Pintu Terms &amp; Conditions.
