<p>If you meet one of the applicable criteria, VIP status is granted automatically for the following month at no extra cost. No manual registration needed — just make sure you meet the criteria during the end-of-month evaluation period.</p>

<p>Weekly Market Insight is scheduled to be sent <strong>every Wednesday</strong> via email. In certain situations like holidays, delivery resumes the following Wednesday.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="checkvipprogress">How do I check my VIP progress in the app?</h2>



<p>On the <strong>VIP Program</strong> page in the app, you can see a progress bar showing your achievement against each VIP criterion: average balance, Spot trading volume, Futures trading volume, and PTU Staking level.</p>



<p>This progress updates <strong>daily</strong>, not in real time. The last update time is shown in the app so you know when your latest trading activity was counted.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="knowifvipmember">How do I know if I&#8217;ve become a Pintu VIP member?</h2>



<p>You can check your VIP membership status via the Pintu app:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="maintainvipstatus">How do I maintain my VIP status?</h2>



<p><strong>For Pintu VIP:</strong> maintain at least one VIP criterion (average balance of Rp1 Billion, Spot Trading Volume of Rp1 Billion, Futures Trading Volume of USDT 250,000, or PTU Staking Level 6). Progress is calculated monthly, and status applies for the following month.</p>



<p><strong>For Pintu VIP Private:</strong> since it&#8217;s invitation-only, members who meet at least one VIP Private criterion each quarter (Spot Trading Volume of Rp8 Billion/quarter, Futures Trading Volume of $3 Million/quarter, average balance of Rp10 Billion/quarter, or PTU Staking level 8) will be considered for maintaining their status in the following quarter.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="failcriterianextmonth">What happens if I don&#8217;t meet the VIP criteria the following month?</h2>



<p>If you no longer meet the criteria in the following period, your VIP status will <strong>end automatically</strong> and your account will return to Regular status.</p>



<p>You can still regain VIP status in a subsequent period if you meet one of the applicable criteria again.</p>

<p>Yes, Pintu can change the VIP program&#8217;s requirements or benefits at any time.</p>
