If you no longer meet the eligibility criteria in the following period, your VIP status will end automatically, and your account will revert to Regular status.



However, you may regain VIP status in a subsequent period once you meet any of the applicable criteria again.

What happens if I don’t meet the criteria next period?

You can maintain your VIP status for the next period by maintaining or increasing your average Balance and/or trading volume, or by maintaining the required PTU Staking level in accordance with the VIP program criteria.

How do I maintain my VIP status?

You can check your Pintu VIP membership status directly in the Pintu app.

How can I check if I am already a Pintu VIP member?

You can become a Pintu VIP member by meeting one of the following criteria:

<li>Maintain an Average Balance of IDR 1 billion, or</li>



<li>Achieve a Spot trading volume of IDR 1 billion or higher, or</li>



<li>Achieve a Futures trading volume of USD 250,000 or higher</li>



<li>PTU Staking Level 6 or above</li>

VIP status will be updated automatically each month if you continue to meet at least one of the criteria above during the end-of-month data recap.

How do I become a Pintu VIP?

Every Pintu user can become a VIP if they meet one of the required criteria.

Who can become a Pintu VIP?

Yes, Pintu may modify the VIP program&rsquo;s requirements or benefits at any time.



Any updates will be communicated through Pintu&rsquo;s official channels, including social media, email, push notifications, and in-app inbox.

Can VIP requirements or benefits change?

VIP status will be granted automatically at 09:00 WIB at the beginning of each month, based on your activity data from the previous month.



(Example: your activity progress in December 2025 will determine your VIP status and benefits for January 2026.)



If you meet any one of the applicable criteria such as average Balance, Spot trading volume, Futures trading volume, or PTU Staking level, your VIP status will be activated automatically for the following month at no additional cost.



No manual registration is required. Simply ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria during the end-of-month evaluation period.

When will I receive my VIP status?

On the VIP Program page in the app, you can view a progress bar that shows your progress toward each VIP criterion, such as average Balance, Spot trading volume, Futures trading volume and PTU Staking level.



This progress is updated daily, not in real time. The last update time will be displayed in the app so you know when your trading activity was last counted.

How can I see my VIP progress in the app?

No, you only need to meet one of the available criteria to qualify for VIP status.

Do I need to meet all criteria to become a Pintu VIP?

Currently, the Pintu VIP program has a single membership level. However, in the future, Pintu may introduce multiple VIP tiers with differentiated benefits.

What is Pintu VIP?

As a Pintu VIP user, you will receive a special trading spot fee structure that is more competitive than that of Regular users.
