<p>Your balance in that token will be converted 1:1 to the new token.</p>



<p>During this process, your balance is temporarily moved to a holder account for conversion, then redistributed back to your wallet. You&#8217;ll receive a Balance Adjustment notification throughout the process.</p>



<p>The amount you receive is guaranteed to match your last balance at the time of the snapshot — so there&#8217;s no need to worry.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="tokendelisting">What happens to my balance if a token I hold gets delisted from Pintu?</h3>



<p>If you still hold a token that&#8217;s been delisted, the Pintu team recommends sending that token out via an available network as soon as possible.</p>

<p>No. As long as your order isn&#8217;t executed or canceled, its open order status stays active.</p>

<p>Common reasons include:</p>

<li>The asset&#8217;s final buy/sell price hasn&#8217;t reached your target price.</li>



<li>The market is volatile, causing prices to move too quickly.</li>



<li>The market isn&#8217;t liquid enough, so large orders may not yet be executable.</li>

<p>Pintu applies a limit of Rp250 million or 50% of your total AUM per asset.</p>

<p>Buying and selling on the Pintu app doesn&#8217;t use an orderbook. You can trade crypto instantly.</p>

<p>Pintu doesn&#8217;t charge a separate trading fee. The price shown is already the final price, with the transaction cost already factored in.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="pricedifference">Why is the buy/sell price different from the price on the Market page?</h3>



<p>The price on the Market page and when you enter a transaction amount is an <strong>estimated price</strong>.</p>



<p>The final price for your transaction is determined by the time and volume of the transaction when confirmed — so it can differ slightly from the initial estimate, depending on the asset amount and how long you take to confirm.</p>



<p>The gap between the buy and sell price (spread) can also change anytime based on market conditions, since Pintu gathers the best price references from various markets to form the final price.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="assetreachzero">Can my asset&#8217;s value reach 0?</h3>



<p>Your asset&#8217;s value can keep declining if market interest and demand for that asset decreases.</p>

<p>When a crypto asset&#8217;s value/price goes up, your asset&#8217;s value only increases if you actually hold that asset.</p>



<p>Your Rupiah balance won&#8217;t change as long as you haven&#8217;t used it to buy crypto assets, even when the crypto&#8217;s value/price goes up.</p>

<p>This feature notifies you when an asset&#8217;s price hits your target.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="whatispricechart">What is the price value chart?</h3>



<p>The price value chart is a visual aid you can use to monitor your asset&#8217;s value at Pintu. There are 2 types of charts:</p>

<li><strong>All-assets chart</strong> — shows the total value of all assets you hold at Pintu, in Rupiah value. Accessible on the main Wallet page.</li>



<li><strong>Individual asset chart</strong> — shows the value of each of your assets, in both Rupiah and Token value. Accessible on each asset&#8217;s Wallet page.</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="howcalculated">How is the Rupiah value on the price chart calculated?</h3>



<p>The Rupiah value shown on the chart is the <strong>mid-price</strong> — the price between the buy and sell price.</p>



<p>The final buy or sell price is calculated at the time you make a transaction, so it can differ from the price shown on the chart.</p>

<p>Yes, all trading and investment activities on Pintu comply with the applicable crypto tax regulations in Indonesia.</p>



<p>In accordance with the <strong>Minister of Finance Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2025 (PMK 50/2025)</strong> concerning <strong>Value Added Tax and Income Tax on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions,</strong> which takes effect on <strong>August 1, 2025</strong>, the tax rates for crypto transactions are as follows:</p>

Are Transactions on Pintu Subject to Tax?


<p>Yes, there are limits on open buy and sell orders on Pintu. </p>



<p>The open order limit is set as the greater amount between Rp250.000.000 or 50% of your total asset balance. </p>



<p>Example:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>If your total Rupiah balance is Rp250.000.000, then by default your open buy order limit is Rp250.000.000. If your total balance is fewer than Rp250.000, then your open order limit is determined by the amount of your total balance. </li>



<li>If your total Rupiah balance is Rp 600.000.000, then your open buy order limit is Rp300.000.000 (Set as your open order limit because 50% of the total balance is greater than Rp250.000.000). </li>
