<p>Pintu Referral is a referral program provided by the Pintu crypto app, where you can invite others to sign up and use the Pintu app, then earn a reward or commission in return.</p>

<p>Pintu&#8217;s referral program is open to anyone with a <strong>verified (KYC)</strong> Pintu account.</p>

<p>No fee. The referral program is free for all verified users.</p>

<p>Pintu Referral lets you earn commission by inviting friends to transact on Pintu.</p>



<p>To access it, open the <strong>Account</strong> page, then tap the <strong>Referral</strong> card.</p>

<p>Your referral code is your <strong>own Pintu username</strong>. Find it on your Profile page, then share it with friends via the share button on the Referral page.</p>

<p>Yes. You&#8217;re free to share your referral code/username through any medium — social media, email, chat, or directly to friends.</p>

<p>Not yet. Pintu doesn&#8217;t currently offer this feature directly.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="entercodeskipped">How do I enter a referral code if I skipped it during registration?</h3>



<p>You can still enter it via the available menu on the Referral page, <strong>within 7 calendar days after email verification</strong>. After this period, the referral code can no longer be entered.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="earncommission">How do I earn referral commission?</h3>



<p>After you share your code, your friend enters it during registration (or within 7 days of email verification). You earn commission <strong>every time</strong> that friend makes a buy/sell transaction on Pintu.</p>

<p>Commission is counted when a friend using your referral code makes a buy/sell transaction on Pintu:</p>

<p>For Pintu Pro (Spot &amp; Futures) transactions, commission is calculated as a <strong>percentage of the trading fee</strong>:</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="claimcommission">How do I claim my referral commission?</h3>

<li>Go to the <strong>Referral</strong> menu, select the <strong>Commission</strong> tab.</li>



<li>Tap <strong>Claim</strong> — the commission is claimed to your <strong>IDRT</strong> wallet in the Pintu app.</li>



<li>Withdraw the IDRT balance to your Rupiah wallet: go to Wallet, select the IDRT asset, tap <strong>Sell</strong> to convert to Rupiah (IDR).</li>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="withdrawtobankwallet">Can I withdraw referral commission to my personal bank account or wallet?</h3>



<p>Yes. Once the commission is in your Rupiah wallet:</p>

<li>Tap <strong>Withdraw</strong>, enter the withdrawal amount plus your bank name and account number.</li>



<li>Confirm and wait for the withdrawal process.</li>

<p>Yes. Pintu&#8217;s referral program uses a multi-level commission system — you can earn commission not just from your direct friend (Level 1), but also from their network of friends up to <strong>Level 3</strong>.</p>

<p>No maximum limit. The program is designed to give ongoing incentives to users who invite friends to transact on Pintu and Pintu Pro.</p>

<p>No. One account can only be registered under one referral code.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="changereferralcode">Can I change or update my referral code?</h3>



<p>No. Your referral code is automatically set from the <strong>Pintu username</strong> you chose during initial registration. Once your account is active and verified, that username becomes your permanent referral code and can&#8217;t be changed.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="programexpiration">Does the referral program have an expiration period?</h3>



<p>Yes. A referral code can only be entered within <strong>7 calendar days after email verification</strong> for a new account.</p>



<p>If the referral code was successfully entered within that window, the commission you earn from your friend&#8217;s transactions lasts forever, as long as Pintu doesn&#8217;t change the program&#8217;s policy.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What is the FATF Travel Rule?</h3>



<p>The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule is a global regulation issued in 1996. It requires all financial institutions to share additional information when asset transfers occur between more than one institution, to prevent global money laundering.</p>



<p>In 2019, FATF recommended this rule also apply to sending/receiving digital assets.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">How does the FATF Travel Rule work on the Pintu app?</h3>



<p>For your transaction&#8217;s safety, you&#8217;ll be asked to include the recipient&#8217;s full name and residential address when sending crypto outside Pintu.</p>



<p>We recommend saving that information in your <strong>Address Book</strong>, so you don&#8217;t need to re-enter the name and address each time you send to the same wallet address.</p>



<p>Pintu&#8217;s Travel Rule implementation also complies with OJK regulations, which require including the wallet address, full name, and residential address of the recipient when sending crypto assets.</p>
