Account Registration and KYC

Currently, KYC for Pintu Futures is now available on the Web. You need to complete the verification process either through the Pintu app or via Pintu Pro Web before accessing futures trading. We will continue to update users if there are any changes regarding KYC for Futures on the Web.

Can I complete KYC for Pintu Futures on the web?

If you have already verified your account (KYC) on the Pintu app, you do not need to verify it again.

If I have already verified my account (KYC) on the Pintu app, do I need to verify it again on Pintu Pro Web?

Yes, you can complete KYC on either Pintu&rsquo;s mobile app or directly on the Pintu Pro Web platform. Both methods will sync your verification status.

Can I verify my account (KYC) on the mobile app instead of the web?

Yes, foreigners can register on Pintu.



You can register or verify your account with Passport along with KITAS/KITAP and Bank Indonesia account sent via email to help@pintu.co.id. Other proof of identity cannot be used.



Do note that we only process Rupiah withdrawal to Indonesian banks.

I have verified my account (KYC) but am asked to verify again, what should I do?

The identity needed for KYC based on your citizenship

<li>Indonesian should use KTP (can&rsquo;t use driving license, passport, etc)</li>
<li>Foreigners should use Passport and KITAS/KITAP (can&rsquo;t use ID card, driving license, etc)</li>

What identity do I need to process KYC?

Here&rsquo;s how to verify your account:
1. Open the Pintu app, then tap the Account menu and tap Account Verification.
2. Tap Start Verification and go through the verification process. Simply enter your phone number, identity card, and make sure all data filled in is correct.
Our team will verify your data within 24 hours.
After successful account verification, you can enjoy Pintu&rsquo;s full features such as instant crypto trading, free send/receive fees between Pintu users, and Rupiah withdrawal to all banks in Indonesia.

How to verify my account (KYC) on Pintu?

The account verification process only takes a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 1&times;24 hours, if the verification is done during working hours (every day, 08:00-23:59 WIB).
