Starting 1 March 2026, a 0.0111% (including tax) CFX fee will be applied to every buy/sell transaction on Pintu.



Why does Pintu charge a CFX fee?



Pintu has been officially licensed as a Physical Crypto Asset Trader by BAPPEBTI, according to Decree Number 01/BAPPEBTI/PFAK/08/2024. Additionally, Pintu is a member of the Bursa Komoditi Nusantara (CFX), the first crypto exchange in Indonesia.



In accordance with regulations, licensed crypto-asset traders are required to charge a 0.0111% fee for every buy/sell transaction.



How is the CFX fee implemented on Pintu?



CFX fees are already included in the final price when users buy or sell through Pintu.

Yes, all trading and investment activities on Pintu comply with the applicable crypto tax regulations in Indonesia.



In accordance with the Minister of Finance Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2025 (PMK 50/2025) concerning Value Added Tax and Income Tax on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions, which takes effect on August 1, 2025, the tax rates for crypto transactions are as follows:

Are Transactions on Pintu Subject to Tax?

Basically, all tokens on Pintu are available for the limit orders feature.

How many tokens will be available for Limit Orders?

We have a limit of 250 million rupiah or 50% of your total AUM for each assets to protect you from the risk of unexpected losses. 



With this limit, you can be sure that you will not lose more than 250 million rupiah or 50% from your total AUM if the market price moves against you. We also have this limit in place to maintain market stability.

Why does the Limit Order feature at PINTU have limits for buying and selling?

Yes, DCA purchases that due on the scheduled end date will still be executed.

Will my DCA purchase be executed if it’s due on the schedule end date?

The asset buy price aligns with the market price at the time your DCA purchase is due.

How does the DCA feature determine asset buy prices?

Hi Teman PINTU, we would like to inform you that when the token has been delisted from PINTU but at the same time Teman PINTU still keep the token, the PINTU team recommends sending the token out via the available network.

What will happen to my balance if the Token I own is delisted from PINTU?

Hello Teman PINTU, due to the information regarding the new token to be issued by the token development team, PINTU&#8217;s team will undertake several processes that will have an impact on your PINTU account.

<li>Your balance in the mentioned token will be converted at a 1:1 ratio to the new token.</li>



<li>We will transfer your PINTU balance to a holder account for initial conversion and then redistribute it to your PINTU Wallet.</li>



<li>During the balance transfer process, you will receive notifications regarding the Balance Adjustment performed by the PINTU Team.</li>



<li>You don&#8217;t need to worry because your balance is secure, and the amount you will receive will be the same as your last balance when our snapshot was taken.</li>

What will happen to my balance if the Token Development Team issues a New Token?

As long as an order hasn’t been executed or canceled, your open order will remain active.

How long do open orders last?

Yes, there are limits on open buy and sell orders on Pintu. The open order limit is set as the greater amount between Rp250.000.000 or 50% of your total asset balance. 



Example:

<li>If your total Rupiah balance is Rp250.000.000, then by default your open buy order limit is Rp250.000.000. If your total balance is fewer than Rp250.000, then your open order limit is determined by the amount of your total balance. </li>



<li>If your total Rupiah balance is Rp 600.000.000, then your open buy order limit is Rp300.000.000 (Set as your open order limit because 50% of the total balance is greater than Rp250.000.000). </li>

Is there a limit to the amount of orders that can be placed?

There are several reasons that may cause a limit order not executed, such as:



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>The final buy/sell price of the asset hasn’t reached your target price.</li>



<li>The market is volatile, so prices move too fast.</li>



<li>When the market is not liquid, large orders may not be executed.</li>
</ol>

Why my limit order hasn’t been executed?

You can either check a limit order status from the Wallet or Market page. Here&#8217;s how to check your limit order status from the Wallet page:

<li>On the Wallet main page, tap “All Orders”.</li>



<li>Orders that haven’t been executed will be shown below the “Open Order” tab, meanwhile executed orders will be shown below the “Order History” tab.&nbsp;</li>

Here’s how to check your limit order status from the Market page:

<li>Go to the Market menu, choose an asset which order status you want to check.</li>



<li>Select the “Order” tab.</li>



<li>Orders that haven’t been executed will be displayed on the “Open Orders” tab, while orders that have been executed will be displayed on the “Order History” tab.</li>

How to check my open order status?

Here’s how you can place a limit order:

<li>Go to the Market menu, select the asset you want to buy/sell.</li>



<li>Tap “Buy” to place a limit buy order, or tap “Sell” to place a limit sell order.</li>



<li>Choose the order type by tapping the button at the top right of your screen, select the &#8220;Limit&#8221; option.</li>



<li>Enter the target price at which you want to buy/sell the asset, as well as the buy/sell amount.</li>



<li>Confirm the limit buy/sell order.</li>
</ol>

How to place a limit order on Pintu app?

Yes, there are limits on open buy and sell orders on Pintu.

<li>On the Order Details page, tap the “Cancel Order” button.</li>

How to cancel a limit order?

The final sell/buy price is based on the time and and the trasanction volume when the transaction is confirmed.
The price shown on the Market page and when you input the transaction amount is an estimated price.

Why the sell/buy pice is different from what is shown on the Market page?

When the value/price of a crypto asset rises, the value of your asset will also rise only if you own the asset.
The value of your Rupiah asset will not change as long as you don&#8217;t use it to buy crypto assets, even when the value/price of crypto assets rise.

Why my Rupiah balance doesn’t rise when crypto prices rise?

The Price Alert feature will give you a notification when the asset price reaches the target price you have set.
To use this feature, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Price Alert feature on the Home page or the specific asset page.
• On Home page, tap the Price Alert button.
• On Asset page, tap the [bell] icon on top right of the screen.
2. On the Price Alert page, tap Set an Alert.
3. Select the crypto asset you would like to create a Price Alert for.
4. Select how often you want to get this alert notification, Once or Every time.
5. Set at what price you want to get the alert notification, then tap Save Alert.

How to use the Price Alert feature?

The value of your assets might continue to fall if market interest and demand for these assets keep on declining.

Is it possible for my assets to run out if prices continue to fall?

Yes, you can withdraw your funds/sell your cypto assets on Pintu anytime you want, including the assets you bought for the purpose of DCA.

Can I withdraw my DCA funds before 1 year?

The sale/buy transaction fee on Pintu is already added to the final price.

Are there any fees for buy/sell  transactions on Pintu?

If &#8220;Transfer exceed balance&#8221; message appears when you transact on Pintu, try to trasanct with a smaller amount.
If the message keeps appearing after you try transacting with a smaller amount, please contact our Customer Support.

Why “Transfer exceed balance” message appears when I transact on Pintu?

Pintu collects the best price reference from various markets and converts into the final price. Prices can change at any time according to market conditions.

What is the spread of the selling and buying prices in Pintu?

What are the cryptos traded at Pintu?

In the Pintu, we display 3 prices, there are:

<li>Selling price, which appears as a description on the sell button. This selling price becomes the estimated price used for your crypto sales transactions at Pintu</li>
<li>Buying price, which appears as a description of the purchase price. This purchase price becomes the estimated price used for your crypto purchase transactions at Pintu</li>
<li>Middle price, which appears on the home page, crypto-asset list, and crypto-asset chart. Pintu uses middle price as a benchmark for the value of your crypto asset at Pintu.</li>
</ul>
Meanwhile, the price used for each sale and purchase transaction at Pintu is the final price, the amount of which may differ from the estimated price depending on the traded volume and the length of time you confirm the sale and purchase transaction.

Are the selling prices and buying prices in Pintu is same?

Pintu does not apply trading fees. The prices listed are the final prices

What is the transaction fee for buying and selling at Pintu?

The minimum and maximum amount per crypto buy/sell transaction on Pintu varies depending on the asset being traded.
If you want to buy/sell crypto more than the maximum amount, please split the buy/sell into several transactions.

Pintu does not use an orderbook. Transactions on Pintu is instant, both buying and selling.

Input the amount of crypto you want to buy or sell. You can input the amount you want to buy/sell in Rupiah or the crypto asset. To do this, tap the arrow button on the right of the buy/sell amount column. Pintu will calculate the value of the crypto asset based on the price at which the transaction is made.
